This is so sad ... my kids loved Fresh Prince.... although I know Mr. Avery did a million other shows .... he will be missed....
I don't think he'd mind being remembered for his role on Fresh Prince. He was always the voice of reason and I bet he was proud of his work on FP or elsewhere. At least he will be remembered!
He was the real reason I watched the show . . .I gotta admit that I was not that taken with Will Smith's character, but I felt Uncle Phil added class and as you say KingRiceFan . . .voice of reason.
