Just got done with career of evil which is the third book in the trilogy with detective Comoron Strike and assistant (aspiring partner ) Robin ellacott take on London biggest murders. Great reads. If u like mr. Mercedes trilogy you will like this. Imo, mr. Mercedes gets best book of all 5 out but as a whole right now the winner would go to galbraith. Although one more book to go with king so well see.
If anyone ever read Coe, I never found out what IT Was. Please let me know if u find out. First 2 books in trilogy are cuckoo's calling and silkworm

Totally
I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan, so I read "Cukoo's Calling" when it was first revealed that JK wrote it. The story bored me, so I didn't read the rest of the series.
Totally understand. To each their own. I loved cuckoo's calling but at the same time never got into the potter books. We all have different tastes and certain books speak to us in much different ways.

I love the 'Galbraith' (gal breath-get it?) novels Have the second one in my TBR pile and am always on the lookout for the third at used book/thrift stores. I enjoyed the HP series as well. Never read her The Casual Vacancy as lots of SKMB folken didn't like it.

Her Galbraith books are terrific, I think--better than Mr. King's two mystery books, IMHO. Casual Vacancy bored me to tears. I'm still on the lookout for Career of Evil. :)

I just finished it. When u decide to read it I have a question that I haven't been able to get answered. You probably won't but just incase u remember. I can ask it now bc it's not a spoiler. I never found out what "IT" was. Must have missed it. If u remember give me a shout out on it. Thanks
