Oh God, please don't make my good thing, a bad thing.
(I know, that sounds awful.... I don't mean it like that.)
There is this chocolatier nearby who makes Dark Chocolate Fudge...to die for. Gonna have to make a trip.
That's why you should always look for a Fair Trade chocolate. They cost a little more, but my local organic food co-op sports a whole line of them. When I eat one, I know that farmers are compensated somewhat more fairly and that my lovely choco bar is not tainted with the blood, sweat and tears of small child slave laborers.
My favorite is Alter Eco Fair Trade Choc. And I like the " Endangered Species " brand with the endangered animal pictures on it too, for every purchase they donate a small amt. to an animal cause.

YES!!! Daughter got several of these in her treat bag this year for Halloween! We have been sharing them because they are SOOOO good!
