Saturday I was reading and got a headache. My one eye starting having a big red bright blob of red. I can hardily see out of it and is limiting my time reading,watching tv and on the computer. I called my eye doctor,I see him Dec.12th. WTH seems so long to go like this. Thank goodness my other eye is strong. So my friends ,I will be taking a bit of time off. I will try to stop by at least once a day or every other day.Everyone have a great day.

My goodness, is there no one else that can get you in sooner? That's crazy! Consider an urgent care center or even an emergency room (if it gets worse). Take care of yourself, lovey {{{hugs}}}

You do need to see someone but don't get too scared! I've had many, many eye hemorrhages and although there is some discomfort and pain they are (according to my specialist anyway) fairly harmless. Having said that I must confess they still freak me out. They look awful and it's hard to go anywhere unless you wear sunglasses because everyone has to ask what the heck happened! I do think mine seem to be related to stress as that's when I'll have two or three of them within a few days. There is a ton of info about them on the internet, just like everything else but you need to read only the ones from good sites. Plese let us know how you're doing, it is a scary thing.

After reading my previous post here I feel like I was making this sound trivial. It is very real and scary and you need to hear a doctor tell you it's okay, not some doofus (me!) from here. You should try to see someone sooner if you can. There are a couple of things that it could be that could be more serious. Very rare but you need to rule them out. So now I've probably scared you! Dang it I stink at giving advice. Everyone is right. Call your doctor and tell him you need to know that you are okay now and not in two weeks. That's too long to worry! A good doctor should be able to work you in or refer you to someone who can.

My mom has had this off and on for years. The doc told her it looked scarier than it is though. It scared the crap out of me looking at her like that. King Family Fan....by all means see the doc. I hope, however, he tells you the same thing mom's doc told her. God bless.
