At a elementary school this morning, a bomb went off. Karen's sister-in-laws 2 kids were in that school. No one was hurt.
Yesterday a number of schools got a automated voice message that a bomb was planted in the schools. One of them was Karen's old high school.
What the hell is wrong with people to do this crap? Trying to hurt small kids is beyond stupid.

I hadn't heard a thing! I guess I was turning into the news when they were done talking about it!

I'm afraid of what'll happen when the collective middle-class unspoken fear turns to anger. I seem to always be waiting for the other shoe to drop nowadays. Once I get back home from the day and step into my yard I always feel like the 'emperor of maldonia', a peaceful country where all live in peace and everyone has everything (hmmm..sounds like a communist rant now). Peace, mal.

I don't know how to put this... I'm thinking it didn't make the national news because nobody found a bomb. It was a bomb threat, not a bombing. If they reported every threat phoned into every public place by every disgruntled nut job, they would have no time to tell us what Donald Trump was saying.
I did a little internet research last night on how many bomb threats were reported to authorities last year and it was pretty grim reading.

But she said this one exploded. That's not just a threat, so why didn't I hear about this on my news.

Now my old high school got the threat this morning. It wasn't an automated voice this time. It was a live voice.

WORCESTER CO., Md. -

Worcester County Public Schools say a bomb threat has been received for Stephen Decatur High School. Officials say the call came into the Main Office indicating that there was a bomb in the building. It was apparently a live call, not a robo-call.
The school was reportedly evacuated immediately, with all students and staff safely have moved to the Middle School.School Officials say they are working with the Worcester County's Sherriff's Office to ensure the safety of the building.

Details are limited, stay tuned to 47 ABC, and 47ABC.com for the latest.

This is the third day in a row that an area school has had a bomb threat.

I'm not finding any news about an actual bomb. There's a lot of stuff about the incidents on the 11th & 12th. But I can't find anything about a bomb actually being found or detonated. Weird stuff that.

This is a link to one of the school's sites I looked at.

Unfortunately for me I am a news junky. I'd like to follow this story and find out where it leads. If anyone has any other links I'd be interested in checking it out.
