What grids?

I'd seen grids...perhaps the wrong word for them...but that is what they are. Imagine a Hollywood Squares grid of maybe 25 numbers, five in each direction, 25 total, and the numbers in the boxes must be the same when added together. Someone...I forget who...made one with the date he made it included in the grid of numbers...18/12 or some year in the ago. Maybe they're called grids? Numbers grids? Maybe there isn't a name for them?

How to tell the time using only your hands and the Sun.

Is it time to stop and scrounge for shelter or is it better to keep trekking? Use this simple trick to measure the remaining daylight. Remember to allow yourself at least two hours to set up camp before the sun goes down.
