That is a bit weird, however you can actually "quote" yourself if you want toIs it too narcissistic to suggest being able to "like" your own posts?

Oh no thats not narcissistic at all .
How about a LOVE button too ? So we could Love our posts and each others more, and how about Liking the Likes? I want to, but I never can, cause theres no Like button to Like the Likes. 
I miss the 'thanks' button from the old board ... you could either click the like button or the thanks button that way you could acknowledge everybody's posts without having to like all of them ....

I wish we had more choices. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and can't hit all the likes I want to, but, even then, my like might not actually mean like -- more of a I respect this, or I acknowledge your feelings, or I appreciate the feedback etc... I may not agree with the post itself, but something about it will make me hit the like.

If there's a "still an idiot" button, I'm curious if we could put a counter on that? It would be interesting to see how many minutes it would take my posts to reach "infinity idiot, please stop posting" status. I'm betting less than half an hour..lol
