Looks to me like that letter might be in response to your appeal, and might be late getting to you. If you've already been approved, you can probably disregard this letter. I'd call the unemployment office right away and ask about it, though, just to be sure.
And be sure to keep every letter they send you, no matter what it's about. If they ever try to tell you you're cut off, you've got all the paperwork backing up your position.
