Well, it wasn't The Big Bang Amy Farrah Fowler has been hoping for but, it was a kiss. A kiss Sheldon might have held a little longer than imagined.

Yay! At this rate ( Going together 3 years and ONE kiss!) Sheldon and Amy might be get to second base by 2030. A fan can only hope.

I think the show is hi-larious... it outpaces any formulaic elements such as that canned laughter that so often pulls you out of the moment in 'sitcoms'.... especially when the 'audience' laughs at the wrong time.

Amy pretends to be sick and has Sheldon take care of her. She has a cold and he wants to rub Vicks on her chest and then give her a bath. Sheldon eventually finds out she has been lying to him about being sick and he decides her punishment should be a good spanking. All of this, Amy, of course, LOVES.

I was just kicking myself for watching it twice ! I haven't watched an epi since Bill Nye was on in November, but I think I need to do some catching up Jim Parsons is so good in this part.

It's his vulnerability, too. Completely believable as this man-child, Sheldon. I get tired of Leonard's whining and manipulation of Penny (I'd love to see THAT addressed in the show-lol), and REALLY tired of all the tired sex jokes built around Howard, but Sheldon (and Raj, to a lesser extent) is always engaging, even when he's irritating.

I'm getting tired of the sex jokes as well.....my daughter loves this show, but sometimes it's a little more info than I want her to hear

It's one of a very few comedies that I will watch reruns again several times and still think are just as funny as the first time.
