I had a dream the other night that Cujo was being updated and filmed exclusively in Maine. Connie Britton was playing Donna Trenton.

Definitely NO! CGI as the reason to remake a movie? Thats not a reason.

So nobody wants a remake of Firestarter and you would rather sit and watch those big balls of flame fly through the air in not a straight line (which ruins the look and makes them obviously fake which pulls you out of the spell cast by the movie)? Really?

I said that to use CGI as the reason to do a remake is wrong. CGI is a tool, not a reason. There can be other reasons for remakes CGI is not among them.

Well, Drew Barrymore's 'acting' left a lot to be desired IMHO, too.
