Hard to say without knowing the makeup of the staff structure. Perhaps your level or higher?

Well, I'm probably at the top level for those on his staff. I don't know that you can count his publishers, agents, and business advisers as being on his staff as they're really outside agents. The office staff is only 5 people which includes myself and Julie Eugley, one who works in FL, one who spends the majority of her time to do with The Haven Foundation, and one who is director of his other two charitable foundations. We've all worked for him for more than 10 years, and two are relatives. None of us of that level are persons of color but had someone with the right qualifications applied for the job, they would have been considered for the position the same as any other applicant. Given that Maine is 95.2% white according to the US Census Bureau 2013, the likelihood that whites would be the primary applicants shouldn't come as much of a surprise, though.

Thank you. What you say about the census for Maine makes sense. I cringe when I see things like this from SK. He leaves himself open to people taking the angle of hypocrisy if they want to go after him. He really needs a minder for his tweets. I'm available weekends. :)

I'm at the executive level. None of my managers under me are white males. Two are white women and two are male Latinos. And don't start saying I'm prejudiced against white males. :)

I understand but he'd get flak no matter what he said. There's always somebody ready and willing to dish it out when a celebrity voices an opinion. News flash to those of that ilk, it's just his opinion, folks. Nobody's forcing you to buy into it.

Hopefully those non-white males and females will get the opportunity to go to the executive level when a spot opens for them.
