Is this thread gonna be here for the rest of our borne days? Just thinking me thinks lol

:a11:

I like to post on this thread because I sometimes have chit to say that's not really appropriate or germane to existing threads. =D I don't want to sully cool threads.

This thread allows me to post non-sensical thoughts or sully stuff I run into on the net that I want to share with members who might just find it interesting. Ha~

I don't Facebook but I can appreciate this:

Hi, Dana Jean!

Thank you. I'll see if I can get those books.

I read, Does This Mean You'll See Me Naked ? I enjoyed it but you have to have a ... certain...mentality? to read the information. For instance;

According to this mortician

The only way to prepare a body, for viewing, that has been decapitated you get a long broom-stick type dowel and *stick* it on the head and then *thread* it through the spinal column.

I find it fascinating.

Hugs!
Haven't read this one, but it is now on my TBR list!

The book is called Death's Acre. By Bill Bass and Jon Jefferson.

It is about a Body Farm. A real body farm. There may be more now, but the first was on the campus of the University of Tennessee.
I don't think I've read this particular book, but I have read about TheBody Farm. It is a fascinating place and it really does good work to assist in solving crimes. On youtube, there is a documentary called Of Dolls and Murder. It is very good and includes the body farm and a little about it.

Patricia Cornwell has also written about the Body Farm in her Kay Scarpetta series.

I found the book about the actual farm so interesting...how it came to be and how much it has helped in investigations.

I have the game on and reading through this thread. We are a bunch of goofy people. We took a thread that was cruddy and made it into a good, happy place. (Good, happy place that includes smegma, Scully, death, body parts...so far. What's next?)

Peace.

SOMEONE should start a thread

What should the non-sensical-sully thread theme song be?

Members can submit their choice/s and we can have a vote. First, top five songs and then...The Official Song of the Non-Sensical and Sully Thread is....

:)

Go do it!
