I keep a list of Watched Threads which are favorites or ones I wish to remember to return to. I almost always start in that menu. Sometimes I'm involved there for a long time before moving to the New Threads. Most of my watched threads are games which I try to keep up with because, of course, I like playing them, plus it keeps me in routine touch with certain people. I tend to look for specific members' posts, too. I've been following Mod, GNT, DJ, Flake, Jordan, Neesy, n_n, cat in a bag, and never forget Sunny (believe me, I've tried), and forgive me those members my memory right now fails me for. If a thread title looks interesting I'll take a look see. I've tried to avoid like the plague Hot Topics political and religious threads since I understand that the surest way to quickly lose a friend is to offend in terms of what s/he believes in, though I've failed a few times in the endeavor.

One of the places I've for some reason always neglected has been my Profile Page. Every so often I'll notice that someone has posted something there which I should've responded to months prior. Also, I haven't been in the habit of checking my Alerts, although by so obsessively returning to my Watched threads I think I've kept up with posts of mine members have responded to.

I don't go on my profile page either. (?) When I did I discovered that I was "following" 2 people. I don't have a watched page. I go to alerts to see if I am quoted and should respond. I know Neesy is on because I suddenly get a ton of likes. (and see a hundred pug dogs walking)
(seems she "likes" to show she had read it.)

I tend to stick to Chattery Teeth, as this tends to be the place where people just want talk, hang out, and be friends. It's always been a very relaxed place to come and be random. I've made my forays into Hot Topics, but I don't think that will happen too much anymore. Life is too short to spend arguing about stuff you ultimately can't change.
I don't always respond--or even comment--but it's nice to float around and see what everyone else has to say. It's kind of like being a happy wallflower at a big party...

Right on GNT (I've noticed), I do that, too. I seem to actually need to be "Liked", and I appreciate anyone who does it for me and for others.

Every time I run on my Frank-approved tread mill, I "like" you! (It is funny--I think of you when I run, and I've never seen you. I look at the Gold's Gym logo, and think of that little guy as Frank.)
