Has anyone noticed that if you try to insert a smiley at the end of a sentence it jumps up to the top of the post and removes part of the quote that you posted????

I go to Value Village a lot (Kelowna, BC) and so far, no tax AND if you buy 4 books you get 1 free

I've found that sometimes placing the smiley is tricky, especially when I'm using my phone.

In answer to your question; I doubt it is legal to charge tax on donated books and too, as you said tax is being paid twice. Doesn't seem right.
