Or sticking with the "J" and "K" theme, and your suggestion Neesy, how about "Juke"?
I was just harking back to the book version of "Under the Dome" and that little boy who was named "Little Walter" :grinning:

The TV series is so bizarre now (I am enjoying it actually) but it bears little resemblance to the original book!)
I wish I did!
Okay, a serious question now? Do you like the name Eric? or how about Nathan?
Eric - apparently means "ruler of the people"
Nathan - "gift from God"

Sorry, sir. We can all have our civil differences. I meant nothing more than that. I would not want to dump on your, or anyone else's, wife, or your wife's husband, or any other relation of anyone else.

On another note, Clive Barker came to mind. I like the name for him because he looks like a Clive, whatever that means, and Clive has that "K" sound going.
...it's all good my friend...stress level has been bending the needle in the red all week, and I'm sometimes an ass in my protectiveness of family...

Refresh might be a good name....

When I drove my sister to the hospital, in labor...

I suggested the name Aggy, for a girl..

Just because she kept saying that she was in agony.

She did not find that funny at all.
LOL - that would be a great name. I affectionately call my girls: Poopy (the oldest) and Screech (the youngest) for obvious reasons.

I know way too many people named Eric that I don't like.

And Nathan is too soft. No hard k's!!

I really do appreciate all of the suggestions, though!!!

It's all good ............
...it's all good my friend...

I hit "Like" on both of these as just my way of affirming the sentiments. But I've been reminded of my (lack of) social skills on more than one occasion, so I'll just say it plain - no harm, no foul, between friends. Feathers inevitably get ruffled in human interactions, and if there's no malice - and obviously, there's none here - good-hearted people get them smoothed out and move on. 'Sall good, my friends.

Understood about the stress levels. I'm here right now on the forum, escaping for a bit, but sooner or later, I've got to devote the bulk of the weekend to start to resolve a couple soul-crushing issues. You know, the kind that makes you wonder if you can just cash in everything and move to a shack on the beach in Belize and live on tequila.

Thanks for the nice hugs and thoughts, and let me stop hijacking Shasta's thread. Grandma took me out of the house, and we took two granddaughters to a local festival. Saw one person guiding around two blind people. Saw another couple people with obvious MD or MS or ALS being wheeled around. Saw a little girl happily running around holding a bag to her body with what remained of one arm. And other things I don't need to mention.

I'm not happy with life this weekend, but y'know what? In the scheme of the world, I got no problems. I need to just shut the hell up.

Please, back to Shasta and her new little XY human.
