I am a teacher in Kennebunk, Maine and this year we are really promoting literacy. Any way I could have Stephen come to our school and be a guest reader? I promise you a wonderful welcome by our fourth and fifth graders. Maybe you could read your favorite children's book?

Thanks, Mary Ellen Foley

Sorry, but other than commitments for projects that were ongoing from 2013 and to promote his new book in November this is Stephen's sabbatical year so he is not adding anything new to his calendar in the way of appearances.

...sabbatical year huh?....not to shabby when you're well set enough to finance your own paid time-off...:biggrin2:

I can only guess what that must be like! ;-D But then my idea of a sabbatical year is to take some time off to do non-work things. This has just been doing fewer of those for Steve, and in particular the appearances and interviews, but hardly a break in the routine. He really doesn't seem to be slowing down much.
