I still remember it like it was yesterday when I first picked up a Stephen King novel. I was around 8 at the time and a total bookworm. My parents were great in that they would take me to the local library every week to pick out books and books to read. They also did not think to filter what I could and should read and I am thankful that they never did because if they had, they definitely would not have let me read Rose madder. I suppose it is a bit R rated especially for an 8 year old but I could not put this book down. I also could not sleep either because I had scared myself ****less reading it.
So began my love for Stephen King novels.
I am currently reading his dark tower series (I know! It took me this long to begin reading it!). So hello everyone! I look forward to sharing my rainbow of emotions with every book of his that I read!
