Stephen King's PSA for the National Guard back in 2000

I read in the biography HAUNTED HEART, that Steve did a PSA for the National Guard back in 2000.

I was wondering, hoping, if somehow this video would have been archived somewhere?
Or does anybody knows more about this?

It sounds vaguely familiar but couldn't tell you what exactly it was about and we don't have a copy, assuming he did do it. It's entirely possible as they were a big help when he was doing research for Dreamcatchers and he helped their soldiers return home a time or two by donating money for their transportation.

I wonder if there are any archives somewhere (libraries, national TV) or something that could look up for it, if it exists.

According to the book (cf the screenshot below), it seem that he did such PSA for the Maine National Guard's college tuition assistance program.

That explains why I couldnt see the screenshot I was certain I had put the first time.

And, actually a link to the screenshot is still in my previous post. Feel free to delete it if you think it should.
I included here, because I didn't think that it infringed anything since it's available via Google Books, and that it would give extra informations about what it is I am talking about.

But once again, if you think that it's not appropriate feel free to delete it.
