I find the entire scene suspect. How can the man make such an amateurish mistake when all he has to do is read what is on the card? Why didn't any of the judges notice the mistake and immediately halt the proceedings? Is this publicity good or bad for Mr. Trump? In Hollywood they say that even bad publicity is good publicity. We'll see.
Too bad for the loser,but she appeared to take it gracefully,and truly there are worse tragedies in the world,much worse..what I found annoying was the news anchors,from my local station to all the alphabet ones taking the opportunity to turn a joke on it,ad nauseum,in an attempt to show how funny and hip they are..that really started to grate..I was starting to feel like Walter Mathau in Grumpy Old Men when he addresses his weatherman on the news..
I think Trump sold his rights to these pageants.
Maybe Steve Harvey will be asked to host the Oscars.......
And then Miss Germany raises the class bar...and hits herself in the head with it.
