I'll bet it was! It never fails around here, though......if there is something spectacular to be seen in the sky, there will be clouds to block the view.

The moon was very low to the horizon at the house so I had to walk a ways to see it past the trees. The dog was not impressed with all the night noises and me stumbling around in the dark. Finally, late enough into the eclipse, I could see it from the skylight past most of the trees.
