Funny thing is I found the original copy (sans Dust jacket) at a Goodwill in downtown Seattle. I have no idea how it ended up there. I believe that 'Patti' and Tabitha must have known each other. You're right, it seems to be an inside joke or something. I hope Tabby isn't going to be too mad at 'Patti' for getting rid of the book! ;;D
Hi - ummmm, this is Patti. Could you please send my signed book back to me? You can mail it to morgan - she's my good friend. ;-D ;;D ;DD
yes KRF Iam sure you have several books signed in my alias and should be forwarded soon. Also sent Morgans here and I will forward it in due time. Got to love you two. I needed that smile today.

I went back through the mess that is my email and I did pre-order Small World from CD in 2015! I went to their website and put in the order # and my order showed up, but it didn't mention anything about it being shipped or give any updates. Should I be worried?
No, don't be worried. I got the email 3 days after my copy was in the mail. Things are probably very hectic at CD right now, what with Steve's new book on schedule for Publication, etc.

Ok,so
My favorite was The Trap. Mrs. King's books are definitely worth picking up in any format. She's a really fine writer, and should be more well known than she is.
I have not read any of her books but I am staring on one in one tonight, and I was thinking and wondering if the trap is just a bit autobiographical?

Maybe this will push (I mean...inspire) her to write/publish more!

I hope she knows people really love her books. I sometimes feel like she doesn't know that. :(

I whant a biography, ie I whant to see her side of her life, ie how she dealt with his drug addiction, how did she deal with him being gone and doing book projects and his movies and stuff, was she ever afraid of his female fans. How she feels about his fans, what are her interests, her whants, her dreams..

i read a synopsis for caretakers, and although it sounds a little different from my usual fare, i've been thinking of trying to branch out some. if i were in a used book store, you'd say general fiction would be where to find her? i usually end up in the thriller/mystery sections.
Her first novel- Small World and another The Trap- are more along the thriller/horror genre. The rest of her books are more mainstream fiction. I highly recommend Pearl as a good place to start. She has her own distinctive 'voice'. She, like Stephen, is a regional author and has created her very own town in Maine called Nodd's Ridge where most of her books are set.

I just started reading one on one last night and it seems Awsome. I found her choice of a big ice sculpture of a penis to be quite interesting. But I liked it and fit the high school themselves quite well

When will I be able to read her works on Kindle?

I roll through different reading phases often - currently this is women writers. So I'm apparently very out of the loop: while I discovered Joe Hill's work (Locke & Key!!) without the name drop, I ridiculously didn't think to look up the rest of the family once I realized. Amazon finally suggested Tabitha King's name recently, seemingly through some sweet spot of years reading horror and books by women, and lo'! Her books aren't available through Kindle.

I can request them all I want, but she seems somewhat uncommonly read and there's so many other books out there already requested, right?

I, wha to to say no, considering her books are no longer in print and she never sold a lot either
