Why are people ashamed of liking Titanic? It's a damn good film. Maybe I'll start a Titanic Anonymous club? 'Hi, my name is Dan and I love Titanic.'!! Oooo, just thought of another movie- I think it's called Somewhere In Time and stars Jane Seymore and Christopher Reeves! That one made me SOB!

Yes, REALLY..... I just don't cry when watching movies. That doesn't mean that I haven't been touched or felt an emotional connection to some of the characters....I just haven't ever cried.....during a movie, that is.
I think it really has a lot to do with going through a lot of crap, and with various people in life, and somehow certain emotions eventually became blocked.
No disrespect was taken, I know where you were coming from...we're still aces ♥

I understand that . . .I think I cry because of the crap I've gone through . . .some of it hits really close to home for me.

One that really makes me cry around Christmas (if they ever show it; they rarely do) is Prancer. The little girl in it is so real, and Sam Elliot's characterization of her dad is so touching.
But, hey, I cried at The Lego Movie Sunday, so I may be overreacting.
