have you a virus checker, sometimes when you have your firewall up these 'ads' dont come on. but for god's sake don't clikc on them, they could be hackers trying to access your account or someone trying to earn money by you clicking on these ads. Try a firewall on your virus checker

Thanks for this HMW! I just switched over to Firefox recently due to very poor picture quality on Internet Explorer. I will have to look at downloading AdBlock :encouragement:

Or, if possible, just don't use Windows OS!

I made it through the entire day yesterday without any background noise - so I think it must have had something to do with IE and letting other people on my computer. So I'm using Firefox now and have password protected everything. I hope that works.
Glad to hear the problem seems to be resolved.
