To those who offered prayers and loving messages after the death of my mother and my illness, I wish you all love and thanks. You have no idea how it was balm to an aching spirit. Last night was the first time I slept after three nights without any. I dreamed that I was at a hotel in a Mall trying to get to my family and somehow I went outside and became lost. I ended up in a rail yard that supplied a coalmine. It was the ugliest place! I heard this train coming and then a voice telling me to get off the tracks. It was Stephen King and he beckoned me to safety. He gave me a cardigan because of the cold. He said Tabitha had sent it for me. I always felt better during cancer by reading his books. Now this message board is where I come to find compassion and solace. Thank you all so much. I will post more often when I am feeling a bit better. Love you all from the bottom of my heart.

Staro, I was so sorry to hear about your mom. It's hard to believe now, but one day you will be able to think of her with only happy memories. The pain does lessen over time, but the good memories will always stay with you. May the Lord help you through this time, and please know that I am ever thinking of you.
