As long as this show's been on, I never bothered to watch it. It just didn't interest me. But last season, I caught an episode that came on after something else. I didn't intend to watch it, but it was on. So I did. And I like it. I've got a LOT of catch-up watching to do.

After Survivor, I hung around for the premier of TAR. I like how they're putting it together, with
blind dates vs established partners.
Switches it up a little without totally changing anything.
Oh, man, it was painful watching
those guys do that slow dance step. After a couple of hours, they should have said "Hey. Let's try that Sake thing. Especially that last couple. They nailed the Sake challenge in the first go. They wouldn't have gone home.

Another good idea to re-invent the show. It will be interesting to see how these relationships evolve -- or don't. There's one couple where it seemed like the woman was more into him than he was into her, but by the end of the leg they seemed like they were getting along just fine. The lawyers are making a good team, too.

I'm watching the Amazing Race: couples v blind dates. It's a fun show, but I've got to mute it because of that screechy, whiny blonde, Haley. I just can't listen to her. If they don't go home, I'll have to find something else to watch until they do.
