Can someone explain to me what the codes in the content list mean? What does the term serial mean, for example? And is "Mile 81" one of the stories co-written with Joe Hill, or is it just King? Also, will there be intros to each story?
I'll have to ask Scribner as they're the ones who supplied the list. My guess is the serial descriptor has something to do with copyright but that's just a guess. Mile 81 is written by Steve, not co-authored. My understanding is that he is writing intros for the stories but I haven't actually seen them yet so cannot confirm that.

Serial means this is the first appearance of the story anywhere (in that language). An author sells "first serial rights" the first time a story appears--after that it's a reprint. Bad Little Kid qualifies because it has never before been published in English.

Scribner e and Amazon e indicate that the story first appeared in electronic form from the respective publisher. The other stories have the place where the story first appeared. FDNS = Full Dark, No Stars.
