Good Luck. Hopefully his ties with the city won't won't have anything to do with the case.
From your lips to God's ears.

While you are on the stand, make sure everyone in the court knows that the mother is the guys mom so it becomes part of the OFFICIAL record. What is said in court HAS TO go on record, they can't just listen to you and then , oops, forgot about it.
I like the way you think. That stays a matter of record FOREVER.

Yes, when you just complain to someone, they don't have to write it down. But in court, it HAS TO GO ON THE RECORD. So I would very clearly state that the guy's mom is a courthouse worker, sitting in the courtroom and should not be a part of the proceedings in any capacity given her close relationship. Whether they ask her to leave or not is another matter, but it is ON THE RECORD that you asked, and could lay the groundwork for any future proceedings you may pursue.

Oh, you're GOOD.

The audio of Drunken Fireworks was da bomb! ;) ;-D

Awesome story and Tim Sample was perfection in his performance. I laughed out loud many times.

Thank you for making it available!
I completely missed that window on the audio, it happened during my night. :biggrin2:

Missed wishing everyone a happy weekend too, hope you all had a wonderfully relaxing break. :)

Good Monday/ Tuesday(down under folks). Hope everyone survived the weekend and celebrations. Critters had a ruff night on the 4th, but all is well now.

Agree cat in a bag - the audio of Drunken Fireworks was great. Kept thinking of it as I listened to the fireworks across the road.
Narrator was spot on!

Have a good week. Relax and enjoy.

Tim is Maine's version of Jeff Foxworthy. ;-D I'd heard him do his comedy routine for several years before working with him as part of this job and it was a shock to hear him talking in his "real" voice without the heavy accent--which he does perfectly. Anyone wanting to get the true (stereotypical) Maine dialect should listen to him.

ROLLING STONES ROLLING STONES ROLLING STONES!

A religious expirience. A tight, well-oiled Rock-n-roll machine. I'm convinced Mick Jagger has had his head grafted onto a twenty year-old's body. Ron Wood IS a vampire, everybody knows that. Charlie Watts is and always has been an android. And Keef...Keef is just a bloody force of Nature.

Dig the set list (or most of...what memory permits):
Wild Horses
Let It Bleed
Tumbling Dice
Gimme Shelter
You Can't Always Get What You Want
Sympathy For The Devil
Happy
Before They Make Me Run
Bitch
Miss You
Start Me Up

And the usual Honkey Tonk/Brown Sugar/Satisfaction, and a couple I probably forgot. Mostly all that good Seventies Stones. Freakin unbelievable.

Awesome muskrat! Crowd into it?

Yeah. Oldest crowd I've ever seen, mostly old folks. Huge crowd, too many people, ugh...I really can't stand scenes like that anymore. But once those legends hit the stage, my brain dumped a huge load of dopamine into my system...everyone felt that pure natural high, that comes from seeing Men play honest to God Rock and Roll. Then, big fireworks show. Would that they were Drunken Fireworks, but at ten bucks a beer, they were only slightly tipsy fireworks.

Paul McCartney gave a magical concert in Roskilde in Denmark yesterday. Has heard some of it. 73 years young and still going strong. A 3 hour long set, about 40 songs and still just scratched the sutface off all the songs you had wanted to hear too. Hes playing in Stockholm on the ninth but i have no tickets.
