As I recall, the spider 'wiggled and wiggled and tickled' inside her. Something to that effect. The other creatures, each consumed to eat the previous victim, neither wiggled nor tickled within the elderly woman's stomach.
Sounds like a real horrorstory song.......

Barrie's Peter Pan: oh my gosh, it's violent! Peter is always a half a second from slaughtering the Lost Boys, or a pirate, or john & Michael. And Hook's pirates are actually disemboweled if they displease him! Wolves eat 'redskins' and the Lost Boys... Disney cleaned up the story a LOT.
