Hello, Everyone! I've been having SKMB withdrawals! I am in the very slow process of moving and it takes all the time I have when I'm not working. If I could afford to, I'd hire some movers. But, it'll all get done soon. I think. I hope! I miss all of you. By the time I have enough free time to catch back up, I'll be tens of thousands of posts behind! And that's if they don't have any mix-ups or issues connecting my internet. I am really looking forward to getting moved and then settled in the house I'm moving to...I get my library back! I moved last year and had a giant stack of books on the stairs instead. Hopefully I won't have to move again for a long time!

Thinking of you guys...sending love, good vibes, hugs...all that good stuff. Take care of yourselves!

Debbie913 Best wishes on the move! I hate moving - it's so hard. Recently my son and a few of his friends helped someone move. Do you know any 15-18 year old boys who'd be interested in $10/hour or so? Feed them pizza and soda, pay them to move the big stuff if you can. I swear the next time we move I'm leaving everything except photos and documents. Just buy the house full of furniture.

Neesy - good luck with the healthy eating. I've been trying to be better. I was so good for so long. Then I totally quit eating and lost a ton. But when my appetite came back - watch out! So now, I've got a good appetite and I need to get back the Y on a regular basis. I'm going today, no matter what.

Here's a gem of wisdom I learned from my favorite blogger recently: "Nothing changes if nothing changes." Ha! So simple, yet so hard. I'm going to make some changes with me and see what happens. I turned my phone off after work yesterday. I don't think I missed anything. Today I'm going to the gym and cleaning out a closet when I get home. The whole house, 1 closet at a time.

Everyone have a great day! I'm going to have a good attitude and make a difference where I can. It's all I can do.

Home from floorball. Totally exhausted. The beer brought some life back in my body but still tired as dead doorknob ( just made it up i think, no idea where it came from but it sounds interesting so i let it stand). Next station BED.

Just stopping by to celebrate. I saw the doc today to get this bronchitis cleared up. While I was there, he reviewed my most recent labs with me. Everything, across the board, is NORMAL. Thyroid, blood sugar, liver, heart, lungs, everything. This from a person (me) who's been plagued by health issues for years. Diabetes, heart issues, weight-related issues, irregular liver panels (fatty liver), you name it. And now it's all gone. It's all normal. Music to my ears!

Thanks, guys. His sister and I were reminiscing on Facebook, because he would've been 60 today. One of my dear friends posted that she was sorry for my "continuing pain." No need. I posted back, "If the memories are strong, those who have passed are never completely gone," because that's how I feel about it. Happy memories will bring a pang. That's how it should be.

After the floorball i feelö like a newly dug up corpse. Stiff and aching all over. Right now i would be ideal as an extra in a zombiemovie. I CANT WALK IN ANY OTHER WAY!!! This slowly stuttering limping awkward walk is all i manage now.
