Happy Thursday to all.

Plan to do a bit of shopping today for essentials.

It is snowing out and about - 19 or so (No - not making that temperature up!)

This is a pic of the bridge going over the Assiniboine River at the major park in the city [coincidentally just called "City Park" by the locals].

(minus 19 Celsius is around minus 3 Fahrenheit, so not too cold today.)

I often go shopping for essentials, but usually come back with just beer............

Good Morning and a good Thursday while you're at it! I woke up waaay too early again this morning, at about 3:00. There was about 10 minutes of trying to go back to sleep, but it just wasn't going to happen so I got up. I started my coffee brewing and looked out of my kitchen window, out onto the street I live on and watched all the nothing going on out there. I live downtown so it's nice to see it early morning sleeping, still and misty.
It's beautiful and quiet, but yeah.... Ralph Roberts. :suspect:



((((Grandpa)))) says he doesn't need hugs. But, here's one anyhow. It seems as though the older I get the more of that kind of thing happens. You tend to get somewhat used to it. But a hug never hurts. Well a hug could hurt, but I digress into werewolf territory there.

People do not often use the words "beautiful" and "Winnipeg" in the same sentence but this city has kinda grown on me :lurve:

I did buy kitty litter one time out of necessity. The bag said it was the most Super Absorbent variety on the market, guaranteed to Eliminate cat odors. Our cat used it once and disappeared.

:p:rofl::cat: - we have two cats

They stay inside all the time - did not realize cats could make such a mess - usually my son has the kitty litter duty :bad_smelly:

(This is why it is downstairs in the unfinished basement).
