Got the Monthly Newsletter from the apartments.

Three good things:

Got a lil bag of 'sweetheart candy hearts' stapled to it. :shame:

They are starting a 'Lending Library' - leave a book, borrow a book.

They are having a 'Yappy Hour' next week, where you go there and make dog toys for the local animal shelter.
-also asking for blankets and old towels for the shelter.

4 legs on the bed. None of the critters count because they're on the bed or flying around. Your 2 don't count because they're not on the floor. Your feet are. A technicality, I know. I'm just a stinker that way.

Chickens can't really fly, can they? Or at least not for very long?
They are like turkeys (I think). We saw some wild turkeys while camping - they roost in the trees at night (fly up into the low branches at night) and then sort of coast through the air to the ground in the morning.
