Something I learned the hard way about ice box cookies. Wrap the roll tightly in wax paper, twist the ends of the w/paper
and refrigerate until they are cold ALL the way through....
I am making apple dumplings today and some sweet salted caramel sauce to go over them... The sauce recipe makes 3
small jars that lasts a month in the fridge. The other 2 jars will be eaten with a spoon. I just know I will
