I managed to get almost 100 bucks taken off a speeding ticket I got! Went to court and pleaded my case. Not too shabby - considering the original ticket was supposed to be $246.00!

I was apparently going 65 in a 50 - now that is kilometers an hour, not miles

That converts out to going 40 mph in a 30 mph zone

Sheesh!

So I settled for 150 dollars - still makes me a bit wary now - always on the lookout for photo radar

I know they use chalk on Shelties in the ring. Terv owners have been known to use black marker to darken the mask. It isn't legal for show purposes, but any tack shop or online grooming catalog will have non toxic doggy makeup.
