HA! I used to do that, too! ;-D

I'm working till 11 today, then grabbing the kiddo from school and we are going down to visit my mom. Not great internet down there, so I may not be around much over the weekend. Hope you all have a nice and pleasant weekend!! (((SKMB)))

Be safe!!

Good morning!

Busy day today. Scott has his xray this morning to see how bad his bone spur is and possibly his consult with the orthopedic surgeon. We haven't heard from them yet so we'll see what the regular doc says, he has his referral already, I think they were wanting to see the new xray first.

Then errands. So I won't get to play much today. Hope you all have a great weekend! @do1you9love, travel safe! Big hugs and positive vibes to all! :love_heart:

Tell Scott he should wear his spurs on his boots not his bones.;)

:yes_pig: ;;D Don't worry, by the time the next Kon rolls around, I'll most likely have forgotten all about this. ;-D
Yea right, I can see it now . . .well maybe after a few more this can fully materialize in an appropriate way.
.....*running to the ironing board to begin pressing off some dollar bills*......
, I mean :m_slap2:.
Didn't hurt right?
Stupid phone......I swear I typed Kon.
Okay. Last night I had the strangest case of possessed iPhone/motor coordination occur attempting to reply to the thread about clowns (thirty year allusions to such lore) posted by FGK. I think it was called crazy thought. Thank God I had the sense to hold off before posting it. My hand slipped and a phrase (one I wouldn't be caught dead uttering) appeared. Then it got increasingly more bizarre. I saved it after several attempts to write -just about ANYTHING failed. maybe I'll post it now that Im not the only one to experience phone to board translation slips.
Check you tube. There are many videos that show all the basics and sometimes to "see" a stitch helps more than to read it. Good luck.
Yes, every time I go on a crocheting binge, I have to have mom show me all over again. I can't stop at one blanket, unfortunately, I just keep making them. It's kind of like Cribbage; I've played the game so much it's ridiculous that I have to re-read the directions every time. Once I start playing Cribbage-anyone is fair game for a proposed round.:reading:

I just saw a really funny ad for a moviechannel here in sweden on my tv. It starts with a middleaged guy standing in his kitchen looking out his window. He sees a guy running a chainsaw in the backyard. Calls out to his wife about it and says he is going out there to ask him how much he would take for sawing down their birchtree. He goes out the kitchendoor.... Then comes the sign. "It is actually good for your health to watch movies!" I thought that was funny.
