BH surprised me with an early birthday present of tickets to ComiCon tomorrow! So what have I done today? MAKE COSTUMES! Rogue (X-Men) for DD#1, Captain Hammer for BH, and Link from The Legend of Zelda for LilMan so far Know what the birthday girl is wearing? A black T-Shirt with STANDARD NERD across the chest--I'm too tired to make a costume for myself! LOL!

If they let me take them--lol. Can't wait! Nathan Fillion is early in the morning (10am), Sir Patrick Stewart at 5:15pm, and SO many others between them (Star Trek! Walking Dead Panel! Firefly mini reunion!). Plus 2 SK panels! One is called, "Is Stephen still King? Stephen King's influence on Dark Fantasy"; the second is a panel on The Stand TV movie (20 year anniversary) with Mick Garris and Matt Frewer (plus a few people whose names I don't recognize ). There's another panel that sounds vaguely SK related, but I can't remember the name of that one. Ends with a Dr. Horrible Sing along Blog sing along--I guess I'll be letting my freak flag fly all day

Whew - where have I been? So much to catch up on. I love the Triduum and so have been to Maundy Thursday Mass, Good Friday Mass and will top it off with Easter Vigil tonight. All very looooongggg Masses, but gorgeous and timeless.

I have a lot to do. And then waking up, poking at my email like you poke the campfire pit in the morning, and while browsing through the words of the good people at SKMB, I just now opened up my story ideas file. And there was one in there that I'd forgotten about, and not to say it's wonderful, but I found myself in anticipation and suspense reading through the synopsis that I'd forgotten about.

I think I better take some of my spare time this weekend and just write.

Have an utterly splendiferous spring/Easter/Passover/sunny weekend, everyone, and if that's not in the cards, I'll echo what Sigs says - may all be well or on the mend.
