I love libraries! We had a councilman who tried to block a grant to our library system (the first they'd asked for since 1964!) because, as he put it, "No one reads anymore. They get whatever they need from the internet." Besides the fact that he's an idiot (lol), he has no concept of how many people use the library in order to access the internet.

Sounds like my city.

So how does the pc know which one to use? Right now all I have to do is click on the big 'E' icon at the bottom of my screen and it automatically goes to the internet.

Your computer will use the one you tell it to use. In the settings, you can choose for Chrome to be the default browser if you like, but you can also pick whichever one you want to use instead, It's entirely up to you. During installation, Chrome will put an icon on your desktop and on the bottom, too, I'm pretty sure. Just pick the one you want to use.

Home from my floorball exercise. I'm a wreck. It was a herculean feat just to put one foot in front of the other on my way home. But i did the goalwinning goal. Totally exhausted. And it is gonna hurt all over for at least two days. But somehow it's worth it. Well, i'll hit the sack.

What exactly is "floorball" anyway? Is that like what we call "floor hockey" in Canada? (or ball hockey)?

We have Chrome at work, so it's on my laptop and I use it for most everything, except for a few sites we use that aren't supported by Chrome. You will have both the "Big E" and the colorful Chrome logo on the bottom of the screen and you just click on whatever one you want.
