Sally in the garden sifting cinders...remember that one? Lifted up her leg and farted like a man? Broke...was it 16 winders? Put 16 winders in the hole today Centennial Heights...four of the old ones I am replacing have stained glass, section above a large picture window. Will save those, cut off the clear glass picture window portion and remount the stained glass...wish it was mine. I have a collection of pictures of stained glass...these old mining houses around here, some of them are something else. And not too cold, either, 52F or so, no wind. Relatively mild. And this weekend I will try to get caught up on homework...roof needs attention...put away the lawn furniture, grill, break out the snowblower, bring it around and park it where the sky can see it...maybe the snow holds off until July and then it warms up again. Clap clap clap!

Ok, I'm with you up to the part of sitting and eating junk, but that next part. It seems like an awful lot of effort and pain....?
I didn't make 96 on anything. Pain indeed. I can't get up out of my chair without cursing. I don't know how I'm going to manage going up the stairs in a bit, I only know that coming down them in the morning will be worse.

If you need permission to stay downstairs on the couch, I will write you a note!
Ha - the Ogre has already claimed the couch. He fell asleep sitting up about 2 hours ago. I'll leave him there - he's a blanket hog in bed.
Exercise in moderation. And then ice cream! =D
Absolutely - there must be balance in all things.

Maybe a hot bath or six and leisurely stroll around the block for a couple days will lessen your discomfort. Or a massage from a hottie of your choice.

At this moment yes even if it's only -4C/24F outside right now. Forecast says -20C/-4F for some areas in Finland :O_O: I hope
not my area. I am not ready for winter yet. It's cold enough already.

Have a happy Tuesday everyone!!

Been a good day even if I haven't feeling very well. Thankfully I'm feel better now. Been sick these last couple of day, flu and
cough. Hope it's gone by the weekend when we are having a little party.

Have a great day and take good care of you and be well. Stay safe too.

Good Luck Sunny!!!

Hi Jojo - I have not been on here in quite a few days. I hope your little party this weekend goes well.

I was just so shocked and saddened by the Canadian soldier who was shot recently in our capital city. Being ex-military it affected me deeply.

Well, I hope all are doing well and enjoying the lovely fall weather - love and green lights to all!:cheerful:

Oh happy day! I haven't been so glad to see Friday in a long ,long time...like since last Friday.

I love your rent payment idea Sundrop !

My oldest daughter is learning some hard lessons. All I can do is watch. Keep her in your prayer intentions. I think she'll surface just fine, but geez, girl - listen to your mom. I only tell her things because I love her and want her life to be peaceful. I just want to hide my eyes until it's over. (this moment she's in , not her life)

I'm finally back at the gym - 3 weeks of sitting on my a$$ eating junk and sneaking outside to smoke really did a number on me. I thought I was going to die last night: picture yourself lying on a bench, hips on the end, legs extended with your feet gripping an exercise ball - lifting it up and down, not touching the floor but hovering 1" above and then lifting all the way up, now do this 96 times. And 96 push ups, and 96 sit ups, and on and on. The instructor's favorite number must be 96, that's 12 sets of 8 of every torturous movement he can think of in the course of an hour. But I'll get back in my groove soon. The body remembers.

I haven't had much time to catch up with everyone in here. But I'm thinking of you and praying everyone is well. I really consider you all family, even if I can't visit with you as much as I'd like.:love_heart::love_heart::love_heart:
Twelve sets of eight?:m_tired:

(What is your instructor's nickname? (Ilsa the Nazi She-Wolf?) - oh wait up - I already assumed it was a woman but now I see you are saying "every torturous movement he can think of"

Oh well - have fun! :too_hot::m_taichi:

I read this whole story (again) last night while in the bath tub. Water was getting cold by the time I was done! - sorry I could not join in - I have been feeling very bad lately but starting to feel a bit better today :bath:
