You are well known and everyone depends on you to kick off the party. An adventure would be awfully bland without you. No one can last a second being sad or depressed around you. You bring out the best of everyone and can turn any situation into fun. Please never change!

The most ungrateful man ever!! A 35 year old man in southern Sweden got a christmas gift from his mother. A yellow sweater. I'm sure she meant well but her sons reaction wasn't what she must have expected. At Boxingday he called the police and charged her with the crime (according to him) of giving him a sweater. When the police arrived and heard the story they tried to explain that it is not a crime to give a gift. Makes you wonder what he had expected to get as a gift. True story!!

I wonder if he had an issue with the colour? Style wrong? Wouldn't have been easier to exchange the thing? Methinks alcohol may have played a part in this.

I'm happy to see that dolphins and an Orangutan are being classified as non-human persons. It's high time we humans stopped treating other living things so cruelly. Most of them are smarter and more feeling than a lot of "human" people I could think of.
I checked out your link - this is not actually a legal decision, but nevertheless I can see the rationale behind it. It was based on one female orangutan named Sandra.
Interesting story - thanks!
"In an evolutionary decision by an Argentine court, the Sumatran orangutan 'Sandra', who has spent 20 years at a zoo in the capial of Buenos Aires, will be recognized as a 'person.'"

It's getting colder and there's snow in the south west but here where I live there's no snow yet.

Is it freezing cold in Canada?
I am in the Prairies so it is minus 22 C which is not too bad here - no wind chill at least! (I hear Toronto is still green with rain rather than snow).

You're a high-class individual, but you're also humble. And your humility is extremely attractive. You're totally admired and respected in your circle. You can be very playful but your brain is full of knowledge and wisdom. You're graceful in every way possible and people feel genuinely lucky to be considered your friend!

I got Rottweiler. What kind of dog is your soul?

Your soul is a:
Beagle

You're super entertaining, funny, and madly adorable. But what's most refreshing about you is the fact that even though you get lots of praise from pretty much everyone, you're never stuck up about it. That's what makes people go "wow"! You're always respected and loved because you stay true to yourself.
Your soul is a:
Golden Retriever
