Kane an immortal heroic villain/antihero. A really cool character. There are 5 books in this series. He plots and schemes to rule the world and beyond. This a series worth checking out.

1.Bloodstone
2. Darkness Weaves
3. Dark Crusade
4. Death Angels Shadow
5. Nightwinds

His last Kane Story A Gothic Touch has him crossing path with Michael Moorcock's hero Elric of Melibone and the Sword Stormbringer. This story can be found in the anthology Elric Tales of the White Wolf

Wagner also wrote an excellent Conan The Barbarian pastiche
Conan The Road of Kings which is excellent and he did an better pastiche of another great Robert H Howard character the pictish warrior Bran Mak Morn
The book is title Bran Mak Morn Legion of the Shadows

He co writer with David Drake a really terrific science fiction novel Killer

I also recommend his horror anthology In a lonely Place which contains some of his best horror stories.

Also the Echoes of Valor I, II and III. Echoes of Valor III contains 3 wonderful tales by writer Nictzin Dyahlis , another writer that I very much recommend.

Under your bed
I just noticed a typo It should be Elric Tales of the White Wolf .

Got that on the shelf, ain't read it yet.

As for Karl Edward Wagner's Kane, I've been meaning to try that series out. That there The Road of Kings was one of the few Conan pastiches I remember actually enjoying.

Kane is a fun series to read. :)

A few years back there was talk of a Kane film but it never happened.

I would love to see Bloodstone as a film . I love to to se the whole series adapted to the big screen.

Conan The Road of Kings is excellent but Bran Mak Morn Legion of the Shadow is even better.
