I have been a King fan since I was old enough to read his work.

Howdy williamc! I've done the rereads as well. It's funny but I have never re-read anything other than Mr. King's stories. There are so many other good books to read (and so many beats of the heart left to read them in) that I hate to re-read any others. King, however, makes it easy as they seem just as fresh when I dive in again. Welcome, mal.

What is your top three favorites? My top pick is Pet Sematary. Welcome.
The Dark Tower, the sheer calculated meta of it. Then Talisman. And It. In no particular order. I didn't like his Bachman stories as much, and I read them after they were revealed as King. I don't know why. Do you see them as a different style? (To everybody)

I do think the Bachman books are more cut throat and grim even though when they were published many fans found King's thumbprint on them.
King acknowledges that he made a concerted effort to write darker books under this pseudonym. "On rainy days I wrote as Bachman".
