Hey - do you like pumpkins? (No offense! (it is an inside joke). We even had pumpkins in the pictures on our hotel rooms.

Agincourt Concierge
- how are you and Teddy doing since going back to Arizona?

Blonde Bombshell - that is a creepy new avatar you have :ghost: - is it a zombie Marilyn Monroe?
p.s. I was a much bigger pumpkin in my bright orange shirt, but I love it now - I wear it around the house!

Just one more quick comment (I had to log back in). I just checked out the Isle of Arran where Andy is from in Scotland. It is only 432 square kilometres in size.
Andy just drove (all told i.e. there and back) 4438 km! Poor wee Scottish fellow - no wonder he is all tuckered out. He did almost all of the driving and I was the navigator. So I guess it is my fault we got lost in Chicago. Oh well - it was quite an adventure and we enjoyed seeing the scenery in the States :m_cruise:.
Tonight when I get home from work I will try to find some more interesting photos to post.

Getting lost in an unfamiliar, huge city on a road trip is almost expected procedure, Neese. I'm finally using GPS successfully and it's one of those things which makes you wonder how you ever did something any other way.

Oh - you mean the old fashioned way with a map?

Actually the AAA in Mansfield was 10 times better than the CAA up here in Winnipeg. She printed us out a beautiful TripTik for the way back home, page by page and bound on the edge with plastic rings. Up here they we not so accommodating. (No wonder we missed our exit (dammit!) :rage:

I was so happy with the service in Mansfield that I just had to buy one of those squishy neck pillows to show my appreciation.

See any orbs? (Actually I am not sure what an orb is to tell the truth)

Orbs are "spots" seen within a photo that was not visible by the naked eye. They can come in colors too.

Both an Australian road atlas and State street directories here are smaller than a phone book Trying to imagine same for US and guessing you'd need to tow a library

I decided to post a link to the 20th Anniversary weekend at the Ohio State Reformatory. They have apparently invited the stars from the movie plus Stephen King himself. I doubt somehow that he will find the time to visit.

Anyway, here is the link!
'Shawshank Redemption' at 20? Ohio prison, film sites plan events - LA Times

It is from the LA times simply because I liked the tone of their article.

You can also find more info through Mansfield Tourism if you do a Google search

not boring at all.. I have been trained as a photographer for certain duties in my job, and I have taken photographs in a cell block.. Unfortunately there was lot of blood, but the results were very good (from an aesthetic sense)the bars and lights about a cell block just lend themselves to great photography.. Yours are very good!:grinning:

Thanks for the compliment... I so wish I could so much more with my photography, always dreamed having my own studio and becoming known for what I love to do, but this area is just saturate with "photographers", you know the type, just because they can shoot pictures it makes them a photographer. At any rate I appreciate the kind words.
