Absolutely true. My SIL's MIL was in a horrible car accident a few years ago, and the docs couldn't do anything for her leg--it just wouldn't heal. Then they used medical leeches and maggots. It's not pretty, but they stopped her leg from rotting away, and she can walk again. :) As far as cupping, as long as something does no harm, even if positive effects are largely placebo, who cares?
