I had a friend messege me this morning to tell me about this.I had no idea we had one of these in Maine.(oddly enough I just watched an episode of Impractical Jokers with one of these on there). You go with some friends and they lock you in a room and you have to find and figure out the clues to escape.Apparently they are adding a Stephen King room in September! So freaking awesome.Now......if I only knew some real life King fans.Anyone? I think it might be a fun place for us Mainers to meet up and do this when they add it!

Well.......David and I went to do this on Sat. Let Me say that it is sooooooo NOT a Stephen King themed room. There were a few King themed props but you in no way, shape or form had to have any knowledge of King to do this room. The guy said ( afterwards!) that they didn't want to do "alot" of King stuff because they didn't know how many people that would attract.Huh? I would think that this room would ONLY attract King fans.I WOULD not suggest this as a King based fun activity to do but as a plain old Escape Room it was good and very tough.image.jpeg
But anyway.......it was fun because I got to meet up with Misery Chastain Loves Co. ( from here on the boards).I think it is safe to say that had it not been for the non-King fans amongst us we would have been stuck in that room forever!
