Good Lord,can we please do away with the spoilers about three days after the original release date?It just seems like a huge waste of time to me.. if you haven't seen it by then,just be wary and find it,god,you can find anything these days ten minutes after it airs..just not a spoiler fan I guess..

I understand the need for spoilers for a few days, to let people catch up. But after that, I agree. Everybody should have found time to watch by then.
But the decision has been to stick with the spoilers, so that's what we do. Keeps the peace.

Oh,I don't mean to be complaining,but it seems like in this thread,in particular,it is spoiler after spoiler after spoiler..but it is not too taxing to click on them,I guess tonight it just got my goat for some reason..maybe it's been the long winter,and being sick for about two months,got my patience thin!Last thing I would do is ruin it for DJ and Flakey,on purpose that is,can certainly live with 'em..so, no harm,no foul?

((((mjs9153 hope you are feeling better)))) As for spoilers in this thread, I am very grateful for their use as it so darn chaotic in our household a few minutes of peace and quiet are hard to come by to sit and enjoy our favorite show; it could be days before we can see it.

That's a bit arrogant, don't you think? There are any number of reasons why someone (not just the moderators) couldn't watch it within that time frame. It's no more difficult to use the spoilers after a few days than it is immediately following and it was asked in the spirit of respect and consideration to anyone who enjoys the show. That said, we do appreciate that you and the others who have been including the spoilers are doing so.

Oh, BOO BAD!! Have you seen a doctor? Maybe some meds are called for if you can't shake it on your own. I know its not my business, but I suffer with bronchitis yearly always requiring an antibiotic and prednisone so I know how badly you must feel.

Thank you..no,I am strong,I can handle it,I just need warm weather..if it gets worse I will see the doc..hate the whole dr/medicine routine,but starting to think may need to see one.the weather has been just awful,not just freezing but below zero almost every day,so think that is making my lungs not dig it..maybe I should move to Georgia,and join a group of itinerant zombie fighters!

I missed the last two epis of Walking Dead coz I don't have cable and the folks I normally watch it with have all been busy and will continue to be off and on.... I catch up on it when I can... so mostly I just avoid this thread and wait a couple of days to go onto Facebook until all the furor has died down...

Very cold air breathed in is not good for your lungs. I fully believe that our health is effected by the weather.

In this age of the internet, it's really not hard to find anything online. That's how I watch some shows on channels I don't get, usually the next day. For some reason, our local cable company doesn't think we need to see the CW or FS2. Just agreeing with another member that mentioned it.

It's not, though not all means are legit or, in some cases, all that easy to find.
But leaving that aside, time is a key factor. I watch the show when it first airs and, fortunately, Fox UK airs a lot of repeats through the week. If that were not the case and I missed the original transmission, I'd have to rely on seeing the recording...and that's when other factors come into play. It's possible that I might not see the ep until the following weekend.
Although, with all that said, there's a good chance I'd probably just avoid the thread until I was able to catch up, which is what I have to do anyway given the delay between US transmission and the UK premiering.
Although, with that also said, I'm not a mod, so I have the luxury of not having to see posts if I don't want to.
There's no ideal solution. No matter what, someone's going to end up being at least slightly miffed.

but why is this something to get miffed about? In the scheme of things, if this is the worse thing that's ever going to happen to a person--that they have to use spoilers--then I'd say their life is pretty blessed. Silly thing to get miffed about I think.

Feel bad,like I re brought up this issue..let's get back to the show,shall we? I,for one,am wondering who is next to bite the big one..or rather,who is next to be bit by the big one..don't know how to do it,but we ought to have a voting system to see who in the long term group is next to get chomped..I don't or haven't read the comics,but I am voting for a dark horse here..everyone seems to be guessing Glenn or Maggie,but,I wonder what would happen if Carl got it..could Rick hold it together?
