Thank Goodness Rick finally shaved that beard. He looks at least ten years younger. Daryl needs to take a shower. Plus, carrying the possum during the interview was Hilarious. Carol is playing it smart with playing the housewife and acting like she could not tote that huge gun. Carl and Rick killing the walkers together(what other way does father/son bond. Please, let them run across whoever took Rick's gun.

I haven't watched last night's episode so I can't read any spoilers. I just have one question... Does anything happen?

I'm thinking about doing what danajean did and watch the entire season at once. Watching from week to week hoping something will happen is getting... well it's getting something... I'm not sure what lol. I still love TWD but I wish they'd pick up the pace a bit :(

It has been kinda slow this season. Aside from admiring those muscled upper arms of one hairy redneck, YAWN.

In this age of the internet, it's really not hard to find anything online. That's how I watch some shows on channels I don't get, usually the next day. For some reason, our local cable company doesn't think we need to see the CW or FS2. Just agreeing with another member that mentioned it.
:)
No probs. What's a few extra clicks between friends?
I feel ya. I'm fighting a chest bug too. Hang in there. It gets better :)
In late April I'm going to be on vacation when Outlander comes back on TV. I don't have premium channels at my place in AZ and have every intention to take a break from computers--it's a vacation. That means when I come back to work I may need to be careful about any spoilers unless people are considerate enough to use them in that thread until I have a chance to catch up. I don't disagree that there are alternate ways to view it. My point is about anyone having to be on someone else's timetable when there is the spoiler workaround.

Overall, I liked last night. Of course, left me with more questions than answers.
I won't watch it until The Man comes home tonight (so I'm not reading spoilers :D), but I'm glad to hear that. I like the direction this season is taking in the back half. Fighting and killing, either Zs or humans, gets old. Glad to see them emerging as people again, not 'types' or single note characters.

Have a to catch up a lot on this thread, but just want to give little thoughts on last night's episode.

Loved, loved last night's episode:
Very true to comic as the Alexandria people have NO CLUE IN HECK on how to kill zombies--you tell em' Glenn
Carl: "These people are weak." Yup
Also it makes me terribly sad that Carl doesn't know how to be a kid..he just didn't know what to do/say around those other kids...
RIP Rick's beard. Hello, constable Rick!
Daryl to Stepford Wives Carol: "You look ridiculous" LOL
Rick: "We will just take this place over." Sounds about right!
I like Deanna. I'm assuming she's taking the place of Douglas Munroe from the comics

Loved that! Especially when
Daryl was walking around the living room with it during his interview
.

So much happened during this episode!
Loved Carol playing up her silly housewife thing. That woman has a plan. And Daryl's reaction to her dressed up was hilarious. Really want to know more about the little girl- what does she go in the woods for? Where did Rick's gun go? Did you catch the "wolves" on the back of the comic book? Seeing Aiden with his chained up walker spells bad news- with the exception of Michonne- we haven't had too many good interactions with folks who "kept" walkers around. Rick's line at the end was the best- he's still pretty badass, even without the beard (which is apparently in Norman's fridge??!??).
LOVED
him carrying dinner around! And gutting it on the porch, gruesome as that was.
Where the heck is Morgan??? I am beginning to wonder if the dude is going to show up soon.
I forgot about that guy. Good question.
Where was
Gabriel
also?
Yeah.
Not much from him, either, now that you mention it.
Shouldn't be too hard to find him a job, eh? His is kind of built in.
I loved Carol's
Stepford wives impersonation. "I miss Ed every day."
Oh, yeah. She's up to something. I guess it's normal to be wary of the guys, but here's this dowdy little housewife. Who would suspect her of being such a badass? If things go wrong, they won't even see her coming.

When they said they had
steel walls, I expected something better than corrugated tin roofing. Those walls look flimsy enough for even a small group of walkers to break through. The gates are tough and all that, but the rest of the wall looks like tissue paper.

Am I the only one who half expected
Carol to say she liked flowers?

Absolutely could NOT happen....but really would have made me laugh.
