It's really gory and I still don't watch the worst bits... but, it is so worth fighting through the gross stuff.

I wonder how elephants, lions, hippos (Very territorial, hostile animals) and rhinos have fared against the walkers?

Likely most starved to death in zoos (in places where they aren't native-lol). There is a character who makes good use of a pet tiger in the comics, though. I REALLY hope that character is introduced.

No, that wasn't the person pictured. It was another character they'll deal with. The big bad is down the road a piece.

I'm giving this show another try. Only made it through about 15 minutes the first time I tried to watch the series (several years ago). I'm halfway through the first episode now.

I'm quoting myself because I wanted to see when I started watching the series on Netflix. Jan. 16th??! I finished through Season 5 last night (all that's available on Netflix). Oh.My.Gawd. That is A LOT of TWD in two weeks!!!!!!!!

A great example of why I love this show and the comics! Choices real people make are seldom easy and without layers. I could understand both Rick's reasoning and Carol's. In his position, though, I'd probably have

taken her back and let Tyreese do whatever he would. If he killed her, then Daryl would be his problem.

Now Rick is going to have to deal with the consequences, and it won't be pretty.
