This morning I was in and out in a flash. Woke up...dark, wife sleeping, so I get dressed in the dark. Reach for a sock, sit on the bed, kink a leg and a cramp hits. I never moved so fast! I'm hopping across the carpet on one leg, pinching my nose like there's no tomorrow and I can't stand the smell of now. Surprised the wife didn't hear me. She just left, cardio drumming or something. Always running late. I'd made the corner at the top of the stairs, nothing on but one sock, and that only part-way. This isn't working! I think, pinching my nose...the cramp right on the inside of my left thigh. I give it one good final twork, really squeezing this time until I can feel the pain. As I release my nose, the cramp in my thigh went away. Didn't have to go pee anymore, either. No time at all! as the song has it. No time at all! :)

I know a guy....can't say who, because he I like living......
but I know a guy who takes every bit of an hour in the bathroom.
I'm pretty sure it starts out with sitting on his throne with a magazine, for who knows how long.....followed by a lengthy shower that doesn't end until almost all the hot water has been used up....then there's the shaving and grooming of the goatee.
I can't say if this is an every morning occurrence, because I'm not always there....

For me that is very hard to quantify. I go back and forth between, bathroom, living room and kitchen executing various duties and all those take me an hour, but no one else in the house will wake up for another 2 or 3 hours, so that's okay I guess.

Oh, he definitely exists. And I've taken many a cool showers if I've been unfortunate enough not to get into the bathroom first.
There's a stack of magazines in the throne room.....I've seen them.
Couldn't tell ya about the fiber, though.....I don't do the cooking.
