The mother is in Edmonton. They have joint custody. The mom is innocent. I was almost hoping it was the mom cause the child would be safe. This is an update .

I read the link. I was confused by the wording. It sounded like they found the van and know who it belongs to, and that they charged this person. But It made it sound like he was being charged without actually being in their custody.

I just totally misread it.
