My husband gets a four day weekend, starting Thanksgiving. So that alone would be enough for me, but we also get to spend the day by ourselves, at home, in our pj's. I'll probably be spending most of the day in the kitchen, but I'm really excited about it. We've come up with some ideas for vegan dishes, and I honestly can't wait to get started!

Thank goodness we won't need the Prozac this year...
