This weeks murder in Edmonton....

I asked prayers in the God Bomb thread for this poor woman. She is older than thought, at first. Her feet and hands were bound and her mouth was taped. They have no suspects. It is very scary because she was just left displayed in a shopping cart. This is the kind of stuff serial killers do for pity's sake. No suspects yet. My door is locked. This was in my part of of Edmonton. Two teens found her and had the courage to check for a pulse. God bless them. My sincere condolences for her family.

...was she a street person luv?...just curious from the whole shopping cart thing...if so, it might have been a thrill kill, otherwise-it may be an isolated horror in a world that seems to breed them more and more often...you make sure that baseball bats all shine up....

I doubt if she was a homeless person. I just she was just posed in that cart. Inglewood, the area in the northwest region where I live, is a good area. Hope they find the monster quickly.

Sacred heart of Mary! I did some support work at The Hope Mission....I knew her! What a sad day this is. I no longer take cases there or at the Salvation Army because I am too unwell to work. This is the kinda stuff that hurts the hardest.

She sang in the Hope Mission Choir. This is the fifth person I knew who has been brutualy murdered. I am very so very sad today.
